Ambassador Gilbert Boustany has served as Antigua and Barbuda’s Ambassador-at-Large and Consul General in Miami since 2014, focusing on diaspora engagement and foreign direct investment. He also serves as Ambassador to the UAE, using both Miami and the UAE as strategic hubs to attract investment into the Caribbean. Appointed Dean of the Consular Corps in Miami in 2018, he promotes diplomatic collaboration and development through dialogue. A former real estate developer with a global network, Ambassador Boustany is committed to improving lives and giving back through service and philanthropy.
